St Thomas police arrest second suspect in homicide, arson investigation
Both suspects are being kept in custody, and are awaiting future court dates

Police in St. Thomas have now arrested two suspects in an arson and homicide investigation that's been underway for the better part of a month.
Police announced Thursday they had arrested Keegan Harvey, 21, of St. Thomas, at an address in London. He's been wanted since July 9 in their investigation into a fire near the city's core that left 40-year-old Victoria Dill dead.
Harvey's arrest on July 31 happened 22 days after police first announced he was wanted as an accessory to murder and for arson-related charges.
The investigation started when first responders found Dill, a St. Thomas woman, with a life-threatening gunshot wound on the same property as an active house fire, police said. Dill later died in hospital.
Another suspect, identified on Tuesday as Nathan Deleemans, 30, is already in custody after being arrested and is facing more serious charges of second-degree murder, as well as an arson-related charge and one count of failing to comply with a probation order, police said.
Harvey made a court appearance Thursday morning, and is being kept in custody.
St. Thomas police are still asking anyone with information pertaining to the investigation to contact them, or Crime Stoppers.
Police have not said if there are still outstanding suspects in the case.
