St. Thomas man charged in ongoing homicide and arson investigation
Another suspect is still at large, police say

Police in St. Thomas, Ont., have charged a second person and continue to search for another in relation to a homicide and arson near the city's downtown in early July.
Nathan Deleemans, 30, has been charged with one count of second-degree murder, one count of arson and disregard for human life, and one count of failing to comply with a probation order, said the St. Thomas Police Service (STPS).
Another man, identified as 20-year-old Keegan Harvey, is also wanted in connection with a fire and the subsequent death of Victoria Dill in the early morning hours of July 3 at 20 Hiawatha St.
First responders found the 40-year-old victim with a life-threatening gunshot wound inside the home. She later died of in hospital.
Harvey is wanted for one count of arson with disregard for human life and one count of accessory after the fact to murder. He is described as Caucasian, 5 feet tall, with brown hair and an arm sleeve tattoo on his right arm.

STPS are urging the public to not approach Harvey and call 911 immediately if he is seen or located.

The investigation is ongoing. Deleemans, a St. Thomas resident, remains in custody.
