How will used vehicle prices be affected by auto tariffs?

Baris Akyurek, VP of Insights and Intelligence at AutoTrader, says there could be a surge in demand for used vehicles following the 25 per cent tariffs the U.S. will impose on foreign-made vehicles. Speaking to BC Today host Michelle Eliot, Akyurek says he expects used car prices to rise as a result of increased activity in sales of previously owned vehicles.
