After a record-setting run on Broadway, the hit musical Hamilton has arrived in Canada with a brand new cast. American actor Joseph Morales plays Alexander Hamilton, the title role made famous by the show's creator, Lin-Manuel Miranda. It may be a lot of pressure, but it's not the first time Morales has filled in for Miranda. He joined host Tom Power live in the q studio to talk about how his and Miranda's musical theatre lives are intertwined. Hamilton is on stage now in Toronto until Sunday, May 17. If you're feeling lucky, there's an online lottery for $10 tickets before each show.
