One of Canada's most famous exports, maple syrup, is being affected by talks of 25 per cent tariffs. Allison Hope, executive director of the Vermont Maple Sugar Makers' Association, says the back-and-forth on tariffs means producers on both sides of the border are holding off on discussing climate resiliency and the industry's future.
