PC MPP Andrew Dowie was re-elected in Windsor-Tecumseh Thursday night. Speaking to reporters at a gathering of friends and supporter, Dowie said getting the region's new hospital delivered is his number one priority this term. While he said some residents he spoke with while door knocking weren't aware of his party's platform and accomplishments, he also said it's the most effective way to reach voters.
