The B.C. NDP is alleging that the B.C. Conservatives exploited residents with severe mental illness to coerce them into signing an affidavit to support Conservative claims of election interference. This comes in response to the B.C. Conservatives' renewal of calls for a public inquiry into their allegations of voting irregularities in the 2024 provincial election. The claim centres on the riding of Surrey-Guildford, where Conservative candidate Honveer Randhawa lost by just 22 votes. Provincial affairs reporter Katie DeRosa has the latest.
