The annual auditor general's report is shining a light on just how often the Ford government is using ministerial zoning orders or MZOs. The report found the province used the tool, which can circumvent the municipal planning process, 114 times since 2019. As Dale Manucdoc reports, that's a 17-fold increase from the previous two decades.
