B.C. HIV advocates raising the alarm about increasing rates in Canada
Saturday was World AIDS Day, and while most of the world is reporting a decline in the autoimmune disease, Canada is seeing a rise. The CBC's Maurice Katz spoke to AIDS organizations in B.C. to find out their concerns.
