A man arrested shortly after a fatal Toronto stabbing has been charged with first-degree murder.
Toronto police were called to the Don Mills Road and Van Horne Avenue area at 9:45 p.m. on Sunday, after a report of a person with a knife.
At the scene, they found a man without vital signs. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have identified the deceased as 56-year-old San Tai Yuan of Toronto.
An autopsy has determined that Yuan died of "sharp-force injuries."
On Sunday, a man was arrested.
Zhebin Cong, 43, of Toronto, is charged with first-degree murder.
