1 man dead, 1 in custody after incident near Don Mills and Finch
A man is dead and a 43-year-old is in police custody after an incident in the neighbourhood of Don Mills Road and Finch Avenue East on Sunday night.
One man is dead and another in police custody after a dispute Sunday night at a home near Don Mills Road and Finch Avenue East
It happened on Axsmith Crescent at around 9 p.m. A woman, suffering from minor injuries, ran to the neighbours house to call police.
She said two men were fighting and one had a knife. When police arrived they found a man inside the house without vital signs suffering from head injuries.
A 43-year-old male tenant of the home was taken to hospital and placed under arrest.
The homicide squad is investigating.
