The accident took place on Feb. 13, at 6:50 a.m., when 36-year-old Dennie's sport utility vehicle crashed with the transport truck driven by Tyska on Highway 17, east of Blind River.

Tyska was taken to hospital with minor injuries and later released.

Fummerton and Tyska are both scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on July 3 in Blind River.

The investigation is now complete but follow up is ongoing, police said.
