Police looking for witnesses to fire, alleged murder in Carbonear
Harbour Grace RCMP have sent out a call for witnesses who may have been at the scene of a house fire in Carbonear last week where the body of five-year-old Quinn Butt was found in an alleged murder.

Police are looking for anyone who may have witnessed something before fire crews or police arrived at 12 Hayden Heights around 5 a.m.
Anyone with information is asked to call the local RCMP detachment at 709-596-5014.
Quinn's father, Trent Butt, was formally charged with first-degree murder on Tuesday. He was inside the home when emergency crews arrived on Sunday, and remains in hospital in serious condition.
Police also allege that Butt set fire to the home but said they're not saying how the girl died and are continuing to investigate.
