Defence requests 2 week adjournment
On the day the three men were arrested, RCMP were called to a break-in at a cottage in Elgin which led police to Petitcodiac where Noel, Holden and Bonnell were apprehended.
On Thursday morning, both Holden and Bonnell appeared in Moncton provincial court.
The defence lawyer representing Bonnell told the court two more weeks were needed to review the disclosure received from the Crown.
Both Bonnell and Holden remain in custody and are scheduled to be back in court at 9:30 a.m. on March 17.
On March 1, the RCMP arrested Marissa Shephard, 20, who had been sought on a Canada-wide warrant for first-degree murder and arson in connection with the death of Wylie.
The third suspect in the murder of Wylie, Devin Morningstar, 18, of Moncton, has also been charged with first-degree murder and arson. He's due back in court March 7 to set a trial date.
Noel has a court hearing set for March 10 to confirm the date for his preliminary inquiry.
