Two men are facing new charges connected to their alleged role in helping murder suspect Tyler Noel evade police earlier this year.

Zachary Holden, 19, and Bradley Bonnell, 20, were arrested in January along with Noel, who had been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Baylee Wylie and had been wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.

Both men appeared in court on Wednesday and were charged with being in possession of a stolen MacBook Pro "at or near Petitcodiac" according to court documents.

The second charge was possession of a stolen .22 rifle "at or near Elgin" property of Joyce Brewer.

Bonnell's lawyer asked to reconvene on April 6 at 9:30 a.m. Holden's lawyer agreed to the motion.

Holden was previously charged with being an accessory to a murder after the fact, assisting a fugitive, dangerous driving, flight from police as well as unlawfully being in a dwelling house.

Bonnell has also been charged with being an accessory to a murder after the fact, as well as being unlawfully in a dwelling house.

A large number of people left the courtroom once Holden and Bonnell's cases were dealt with on Wednesday.

Holden appeared in court with a freshly shaved head and seemed agitated.

Bonnell, on the other hand, appeared exhausted, with dark circles under his eyes.

The two men were arrested with Noel, when the police were called to a break-in at a cottage in Elgin on Jan. 9.

That's where they found and arrested Noel, Holden and Bonnell.

Noel is one of the three people charged with first-degree murder in Wylie's Dec. 18 death.

Marissa Shephard, 20, and Devin Morningstar, 18, have also been charged with first-degree murder.
