A 27-year-old Pennfield, N.B., man is dead after a single-vehicle crash on Highway 1 in St. George early Saturday.

A 27-year-old Pennfield, N.B., man is dead after a single-vehicle crash on Highway 1 in nearby St. George early Saturday.
In a news release, RCMP say they believe the man was driving on the wrong side of the highway, hit a guard rail, rolled across the highway to the other side and landed in a ditch.
Police responded to the call around 3:12 a.m. AT.
RCMP say there were no passengers in the vehicle.
