FascinAsian Film Festival, May 23-25

Between May 23-25, this unique festival will showcase a selection of films, cast panels as well as delicious food at the Winnipeg Art Gallery-Qaumajuq (300 Memorial Blvd). CBC Manitoba is a proud media sponsor for this event.

With a growing community of filmmakers and film enthusiasts, the FascinAsian Film Festival is being showcased in Calgary and Edmonton, as well as Winnipeg.

Please join CBC's own Faith Fundal who will be hosting filmmaker Ian Bawa to discuss Bawa's short films Strong Son and The Best! CBC will be on site for this event on May 24 from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the WAG. Free admission is available to the public for this event.
