Former chair of Cambridge accessibility committee says harassment investigation meant to 'silence me'

Devin Sisak, who has been vocal about his concerns about how the City of Cambridge is addressing accessibility issues and quit the city's advisory committee in March over his frustration, says the city has launched a workplace harassment investigation against him. Reception House receives new designation from federal government

When newcomers come to Waterloo region, they often find themselves at Reception House. The organization has helped immigrants and refugees find their place in the community. Now, Reception House has been designated by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada as the go-to place for new Canadians to get help as they make Waterloo region home. 'We just love the beauty of it,' cherry blossom enthusiast says of Waterloo trees

Cherry blossoms growing on the campus of Renison University College in Waterloo attracted some visitors Sunday. Nancy Schnarr, senior communications manager for the college, said the trees were donated as part of the Sakura Project with the Japanese Consul in Toronto.
