A driver has been fined for his role in a collision with cyclist Robin Clegg near Calgary.
The incident happened in 2012 on a road near the Springbank Airport.
Clegg, an Olympic biathlete, alleged that a jeep passed three cyclists, then hit the brakes and turned in front of them.
Clegg collided with the vehicle, breaking his elbow and collarbone.
Driver Jason Rudolph was originally ticketed for failing to return to his lane safely after passing, which upset some members of Calgary's cycling community.
In traffic court earlier this week, Rudolph was fined $402 for driving while stunting. A charge of careless driving was withdrawn.
