Toronto-based producer and singer Beatchild has been making a name for himself over the last decade with his musical collective, The Slakadeliqs, partly thanks to noteworthy collaborations with Drake and Tanika Charles. His latest album is called Heavy Rockin' Steady. Beatchild joins Tom Power for a performance and chat about avoiding the genre box and how becoming a father influenced his creative vision this time around.
