'The G-word' is controversial for a lot of people. Some people blame gentrification for a host of problems, while others think it gets a bad rap. She made a seven part documentary about her changing downtown neighbourhood along St. Claude Avenue. One part of that documentary focuses on gentrification, and Eve's own role in the changes.
