After pushback, McGill changed course and is now offering four free guest tickets per graduate. It's also adding additional evening convocation ceremonies to be able to 'ensure every graduate has a meaningful experience.' Some graduates say they learned about the changes at the last minute. McGill University says it hears their concerns and admits a mistake was made in convocation planning and communication.
