The man charged with murder in relation to the Lapu-Lapu Day festival tragedy appeared in provincial court on Friday. Thirty-year-old Kai-Ji Adam Lo is charged with eight counts of second-degree murder. CBC’s Chad Pawson has more from the provincial courthouse in Vancouver.
