Mourners gathered in Vancouver for a vigil to remember the victims of a deadly SUV ramming. 11 people were killed Saturday when a vehicle was driven into crowds that were celebrating a Filipino cultural event. 30-year-old Kai-Ji Adam Lo was arrested at the scene.
He is facing 8 counts of second degree murder. The CBC's Marianne Dimain has more.
