A Prince Edward Island man who is in jail for sexual assault has learned the Crown is appealing his sentence. The prosecutors say the 14-month sentence Wabaningosi 'Tim' Dingwell got isn't long enough. They are asking for him to spend more time in jail. The CBC's Nicola MacLeod explains.
