Jocelyn Kelland hadn’t been born when her dad, Otto Kelland, wrote the song that would change his family’s lives. But Jocelyn was thrilled to get the news that her father’s classic "Let Me Fish Off Cape St. Mary’s" is being inducted into the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame.
