Pixie Wells, the former leader of Fraser Valley Métis Association, says the Catholic Church and Indigenous communities need to work together to move forward with reconciliation. Wells, who grew up Catholic, tells BC Today host Michelle Eliot the next pope can help create opportunities for further action to help rectify injustices from residential schools.
