On Thursday, the B.C. government announced it would move to introduce a licensing program for motorcycle riders, as they are overrepresented in fatal crashes in the province. Bruce Waddington, an instructor with V-Twin Motorcycle Riding School, talked about the changes and said he'd like to see an emphasis on road training in the licensing program.
