A memorial is growing near 164 Street and 108 Avenue in Fraser Heights for a young child killed in what police say was a hit-and-run crash in Surrey on Sunday afternoon. As Jon Hernandez reports, police say the driver of a grey pickup truck struck three siblings, then sped off. A six-year-old girl died, while a seven-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy were hurt. Police say they arrested the driver soon afterward, and alcohol may have played a role in the crash.
