Officers fire at stolen truck that then hit house, causing explosion
Manitoba's police watchdog is investigating after police opened fire on a stolen truck that later hit a house on Home Street and caused an explosion Saturday evening. Winnipeg police say the driver and passenger of the truck were arrested nearby.
