Markets in the U.S. and Canada opened in the red Thursday following a record-breaking rally on Wednesday after U.S. President Donald Trump announced that his global tariffs would be reduced to 10 per cent for 90 days, with the exception of China which will have 125 per cent tariffs against its products.
