It takes Sandy Cubberley of Sussex 40 minutes to drive to her job in Rothesay, but for Walk to Work Day in April, she decided she’d do the commute on foot instead. Joined by her co-worker Taryn Giles, they slogged 60 kilometres through snow and sleet to clock in.
