Mark Ting, a partner with Foundation Wealth and On The Coast's personal finance columnist, said U.S. President Donald Trump may be trying to aggressively lower interest rates with a global trade war initiated by tariffs. Ting said Canadian investors shouldn't panic or move to change their investments just yet.
