The city has signed a memorandum of understanding with cSPACE Projects to develop two downtown historic landmarks, Fire Hall Number 1 and the North-West Travelers Building, into an arts and culture hub. The reason for choosing cSPACE was its successful revitalization of King Edward School in Marda Loop.
