Lowertown femicide victim identified by police
Renée Descary, 51, was killed Tuesday afternoon, police say. Emergency responders were called to a home on Heney Street in the central Ottawa neighbourhood around 4:40 p.m. after reports of an assault with an edged weapon, paramedics told CBC News.
