A Saturday ritual for many Edmontonians will soon come with an added cost. Starting on April 6, patrons of the Old Strathcona Farmers' Market will need to pay for parking in the lot on Gateway Boulevard and 83 Avenue. It's part of a new set of parking changes outlined by the city.
