A controversial container yard renovation project in Montreal’s east end has hit a turning point as the ongoing dispute between the city, neighbours and the company, Ray-Mont Logistics, continues. The city’s public consultation commission released a report urging Montreal to put the project on hold and reassess. But the city says that’s not so easy to do.
