B.C. RCMP officer testifies at hearing into allegedly offensive chat messages
One of three B.C. Mounties accused of making offensive comments in a private chat group choked back tears at a code of conduct hearing Monday. Const. Ian Solven is accused of making racist and sexist comments, along with two colleagues. He's the first of them to testify. As CBC's Jason Proctor reports, the officer still defends some of his actions.
