Kareem Allam, a former campaign manager for the B.C. Liberals, says the Conservatives under John Rustad could splinter further after three MLAs left the party to sit as Independents. Allam says that Rustad's endorsement of free speech within his caucus and poor candidate selection could prove to be his downfall.
