Winter weather warnings are in place across the country, with Ontario and Quebec digging out after two days of heavy snowfall and the storm bringing strong wind and power outages to Atlantic Canada. Meanwhile, parts of the Prairies are under extreme cold warnings with wind chill values around –40 C expected.
