Seven years ago, a Happy Valley-Goose Bay family began collecting Valentine’s Day cards, and they’re still going strong. Karyn Couperthwaite and her children have delivered thousands of handmade cards over the years to people in long-term care. Last year, the family received more than 700 valentines.
