Bloc Québécois Leader Yves-François Blanchet said on Tuesday that he believes ‘at the end of the day, the voice of reason will prevail,’ a day after U.S. President Donald Trump signed executive orders imposing 25 per cent tariffs on all steel and aluminum imports.
