The regulations that are often criticized as barriers to trade between Canadian provinces could all crumble within a month, according to Internal Trade Minister Anita Anand. Gitane De Silva, a specialist in Canada-U.S. trade relations, says there is no better time to dismantle interprovincial trade barriers given the pressure by looming U.S. tariffs.
