Dr. Amos Akinbiyi alleges the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) and staff at the Regina General Hospital conspired to intimidate and defame him. The SHA declined to comment. A hearing on the lawsuit is scheduled for Jan. 31, 2025, at the Court of King's Bench in Regina.
