Child-care spots remain slim on P.E.I., despite province's efforts to improve the situation
Many families are still having trouble finding child care on P.E.I. The province has been working to fix the problem, but as CBC's Sheehan Desjardins reports, progress is slow — there are still 1,800 names on the provincial waitlist.
