Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly is asked why so many cabinet ministers are supporting Mark Carney’s bid to become the next Liberal leader instead of former deputy prime minister Chrystia Freeland. Joly said Freeland did a good job negotiating the Canada-U.S.-Mexico Agreement and that she respects her and hopes they can continue working together.
