Many Canadian pet owners are seeing higher bills at the vet owners and experts say it’s in part because of the increase in the number of veterinary clinics owned by big corporations. It’s part of a joint investigation into the cost of veterinary care by Marketplace, The Fifth Estate and Radio-Canada.
