Panicked people jumped out of windows and tried to climb down bedsheets, a witness said, as flames tore through a ski resort hotel in Turkey overnight Tuesday. The fire at the Kartalkaya ski resort in the northwestern Bolu province has killed at least 76 people and injured dozens of others.
