The first ever Thompson Polar Plunge happened at Paint Lake Provincial Park this weekend. Temperatures in northern Manitoba were in the mid -30s, but that didn't stop some brave people from jumping right in — including CBC's newest Thompson reporter Sanuda Ranawake.
