Abdul Salam Al-Mughair, 26, went missing in the border town of Rafah in southern Gaza five months ago. His uncle, Zaki Shaqafa, was looking for him Monday among remains recovered from destroyed buildings when he came across a shoe that looked like it belonged to his nephew.
